My 2010 New Year’s Resolutions/Goals

1.  Continue to build and grow my relationship with my girl friend Jackie.  She is such an amazing woman and I feel very honored to have her in my life.  I hope we can push and motivate each other to be the best people we can this new year.

2. Build my personal brand

3. Have 1500 - 2000 Followers on Twitter before this semester ends

4. Create a Facebook Fan page and hit over 1000 fans

5. Work hard on getting College Kid Crew to a successful platform

6. I would like to start a keynote/social media conference at my school this semester

7. Travel to NYC

8. Graduate College

9. Learn more on web design to start being able to build more on my ideas/projects

10. Workout at least 3 days a week and drink more water.

My Journey to Social Enlightenment

Build a stong personal brand on the internet.

How I’m Going to Get There:

Bring personal Twitter account to over 1,500 Followers. Follow Me.

Open a personal Facebook fan page and gain 1000 fans. Become a Fan.

Incorporate my web design, Fall Creative.

Host a social media conference in Oklahoma City in the summer of 2010.

Understanding

So this past semester at school as just been insane.  I’m constantly busy working working working.  Don’t get me wrong, I do love it.  But I’ve had so much on my mind.  I’m constantly seeing things change.  New platforms being developed, new businesses.  New friends and they are all crushing it.  At one point I thought that I should just give up for now and finish school before worrying with this type of stuff.  It does get me down some.  But as of here lately, after reading “Crush It” and watching the vid’s on the Vook I have a much better understanding of what I need to do.  Of how I can at least try to crush it.  Finding your passion can be a hard thing at times.  But to be honest, you just need to look in the mirror and ask yourself, “Am I happy with what I am currently doing?”  ”What is the one thing I could talk about all day every day?”

I’m almost there.  So close.  I have, hopefully, one more year of school until I graduate.  Now is the time I should focus on myself and my passion.  I need to set a goal to where I would like to be in 2011.  I am starting to understand this game so much better.
